1. What is your position at BPD Zenith?
“My name is Hayden and I am one of the Account Managers and I look after several of our key Australian accounts. This includes making sure they are well supported from a Maximo and asset management systems perspective, as well as providing information and advice on improvements and business solutions. Our aim is always to provide software solutions that solve our client’s business problems, and I work very closely with key stakeholders to achieve this so they in turn can achieve their objectives.”
2. What led you to choose this career path?
“I have had a broad range of roles throughout my career, spanning Finance (as a CPA qualified Accountant), Business Improvement and Maximo project work (in a functional capacity). However, throughout my career I have always been attracted to using technology to improve business operations, whether that is through more efficient processes, data analysis, or improving risk minimisation.
This role lets me utilise all those different skills from the past 15 years to help other organisations achieve their objectives. I view a situation from a range of perspectives which I believe clients value.”
3. Which part of your job do you most enjoy?
“I thoroughly enjoy my role and the ability to bring new technology, functionality and solutions to organisations. Maximo is the leading EAM product, which I get to help our clients utilise effectively, and I get to share this to our clients along with a range of other best-of-breed products and innovative technologies in the Asset Management space. There are always opportunities to improve and do things better, and it’s exciting to be on the journey and assist in a small way.”
4. What do you like about working at BPD Zenith?
“We have a highly skilled, experienced and capable team with a strong focus on partnering and investing in our client’s success. Our focus in on long-term partnerships and providing value, which is critical to be a trusted partner and important to me having come from the business side.”

7. If you were not a Maximo consultant, what other career alternative would you have chosen and why?
