Run UpdateDB after you install system application patches or after you install any system options
Open a command window in maximo\maximo\tools\maximo and enter:
updatedb
Notes: If you get an error saying MXserver is running, you need to shut down the application server first by going into the websphere console and stopping the MXserver application server. Any pending database changes will need to be configured before updatedb can be done. Configdb comman can be run to do this.
