As a result of continued success and growth, BPD Zenith are recruiting additional UK-based Maximo Consultants in permanent full-time positions.

Candidates must have strong Project Management and Maximo skills with experience working in at least one of the following industries: Chemical, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Utilities, Power Generation, Manufacturing or Travel & Transport and a track record of delivering IBM Maximo Solutions projects.

Previous knowledge and experience of CAFM, EAM, CMMS or ERP solutions is essential. Knowledge and experience using IBM Maximo is also essential. IBM Maximo Certifications, or equivalent qualifications, would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for working with both new and existing clients on projects ranging from IBM Maximo implementations, migrations and upgrades to process & system enhancements.

As a member of the Consultancy team, you will be highly motivated and focused on maintaining BPD Zenith’s reputation for delivery - on time and within budget.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Be client-facing, working remotely and onsite, as the client requires, to deliver IBM Maximo Solutions
• Work alongside the Sales, Delivery and Support teams from initial sales discovery, through design and implementation of the IBM Maximo solution then handover, to Support once complete
• Play a leading role in managing projects delivering IBM Maximo Solutions
• Lead workshop sessions to understand client requirements and prepare required documentation
• Configure the IBM Maximo solution to the needs of the Client
• Assist in the creation of delivery estimates and project timelines
• Maintain BPD Zenith’s high standards of customer satisfaction
• Build strong and trusted relationships with clients and suppliers
• Be proactive in identifying new solutions and process improvements
• Pass the IBM Maximo Certification Exams within the probation period

Desirable Skills

• Project Management and IBM Maximo/Asset Management Consultancy experience
• Previous experience in the configuration of IBM’s Maximo Asset Management software, preferably holding IBM Maximo Certification or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Chemical, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Utilities, Power Generation, Manufacturing, Travel & Transport
• Experience working remotely and onsite (both on your own and in a team) to deliver projects and improve and enhance business processes
• A high-level understanding of business processes (ideally in Maintenance Management and Inventory & Supply Chain);
• A broad understanding of current technology trends
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work alongside staff, contractors and partners at all levels
• Willingness to travel (UK initially but potential for some foreign travel)
• A background in Maintenance, Engineering, or Supply Chain Operations is preferred

Location

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK - Applicants must be 'Nationally Mobile’ - as a Consultant, you will be expected to work at client sites for extended periods with the occasional weekend to cover larger deployments. This position can be home-based or work out of our head office in Carlisle.
